Congratulations to the CIOB's 106th President, Prof Li Shirong

At the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Annual General Meeting on 24 June 2009, Professor Li Shirong become the Institute's 106th President. Professor Li is the CIOB's first female and first international president in its 175 year history.

Professor Li's appointment as CIOB president is a significant step for the Institute to broaden its international influence. It is also a defining indicator of change at the CIOB as we strive to deliver an industry that is modern, progressive and visionary.
