The CIOB(HK) has published the CMYA 2006 Booklet.

The awards are gaining the recognition of the Construction Manager who converts architectural and engineering design concepts into concrete construction structures and grain buildings that stand proud amongst others.
The award is recognition of management capability and sensible management principles applicable to project regardless of value and challenges.
The assessment is therefore focused on management competence of the project rather than the architectural appearance which is judged by the other professions.
