The CIOB(HK) is excited to launch the “Witnessing the Construction Industry” Photo Competition. The contest, which opens to CIOB Hong Kong members.
The CIOB(HK) Annual General Meeting 2013 was held on 18 April 2013. A new Council was elected, Dr Lee Fook Pui Billy has continually been the President of CIOB(HK).
The CIOB, Head of International, Ms Amy Gough visited Hong Kong Branch on 9 – 12 March 2013 to meet our Hong Kong President for Enhancement of Membership Development and to officiate New Branch Office Opening, followed by Macau Visit on 13 March
Members’ Forum was held on 15 March 2013 with our fellow members for launching the Members Occupation Competency Scheme (“MOCS”) – Stage 2, there was full house of members.
During the Members’ Forum, our members had a good opportunity to understand the status of the Stage 1 and also on how and when to proceed the Stage 2. It was a platform to communicate and exchange their views of the MOCS with the Hong Kong Council.
The CIOB(HK) received a letter from the Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong on 26 February 2013 regarding the “Consultation Paper: Adverse Possession."

President, Dr Lee Fook Pui Billy, Senior Vice President, Mr Jason Law, Vice President, Mr Mok Peng Lam, Treasurer, Mr Charles Mung and Branch Manager, Ms Ivy Lo had met Legislative Member the Honorable Ir Dr Hon LO Wai Kwok (Functional Constituency - Engineering) on 13 December 2012 to exchange the views of the Institute and Hong Kong construction industry.
