Site Visit to the International Commerce Centre

International Commerce Centre (ICC) is the last package of Kowloon Station Development.  The building height is approximately 485m which will be the tallest building in Hong Kong when complete in early 2010.  There are four levels of basement with a 76m diameter and 1.5m thick circular diaphragm wall. The building is mainly for offices with a five stars hotel on the top.  Flooring system is steel composite and stability system is by Reinforced Concrete central core plus eight number of R.C. Mega Columns with four outriggers. The current progress is up to upper roof.
